Training Calendar

The State Exercise Program is primarily focused to meet the needs of the local jurisdictions because all disasters are local. It also fosters the building of strong partnerships among first response and emergency management agencies, organizations and communities.

Types of Exercise:

Six types of exercises are commonly used and can categorized as either being discussion-based or operational. Both are necessary for a comprehensive exercise program.
